Thesis Abstract In the last few decades properties of silver compounds have been interest as potential cancer treatments. The present work was designed to study effect new conjugated caffeic and folic acid with nanoparticle definite molecular size applied without gamma radiation exposure, an antitumor agent against experimentally induced Ehrlich tumor attempted identify their mechanisms action throughout determination anti-tumor activities using MTT cytotoxic assay two human carcinoma cell lines in vitro, Apoptosis analysis by flow cytometry through caspase-8, caspase-3 TNF determine vivo .
