چکیده
Thesis Abstract In the last few decades properties of silver compounds have been interest as potential cancer treatments. The present work was designed to study effect new conjugated caffeic and folic acid with nanoparticle definite molecular size applied without gamma radiation exposure, an antitumor agent against experimentally induced Ehrlich tumor attempted identify their mechanisms action throughout determination anti-tumor activities using MTT cytotoxic assay two human carcinoma cell lines in vitro, Apoptosis analysis by flow cytometry through caspase-8, caspase-3 TNF determine vivo . Adult female albino mice were used divided into five groups, Animals scarified following parameters estimated, glutathione, glutathione peroxidase, superoxide dismutase blood caspase8, caspase 3 from tissue. specimens processed for histopathological examination. Nano-silver folate (NSFC) complex compound treatment resulted a growth inhibition Hep-G2 MCF-7 cells (IC50 7.70 µM 14.50 µM, respectively). Flow cytometric revealed that exposed has apoptotic at caspases 8, more than any them alone. That disturbance found be associated kinetic induction apoptosis showed modulation antioxidant system beside its high percentage necrotic studies. novel synthetic Caffeic may potentially hope development breast therapeutics, which should attract further scientific pharmaceutical interest.

In vivo Therapeutic Potential of Biologically Synthesized Silver Nanoparticles
Nowadays, nanoparticles are being used in pharmacological studies for their exclusive properties such as small size, more surface area, biocompatibility and enhanced solubility. In view of this, the present study aimed to evaluate the antihyperglycemic potential of biologically synthesized silver nanoparticles (BSSNPs) and Gymnema sylvestre (GS) extract. The SEM and SEM analysis divulges that t...
متن کاملEvaluation of a new bombesin analogue labeled with 99mTc as potential targeted tumor scintigraphic agent
Background: Bombesin shows high affinity for Gastrin-releasing peptide (GRP) receptors which over expressed on the cell surfaces of several human tumors particularly in prostate and breast cancers. The aim of this study was labeling of designed analogue with99mTc via HYNIC and Tricine /EDDA and evaluation as potential targeted tumor scintigraphic agent. Materials and Methods: HYNIC-Bombesin wa...
متن کاملSilver Nanoparticles as a Smart Antimicrobial Agent
In modern medicine the resistance to conventional antibiotics is becoming a serious concern due to high instances of mortality. Several metallic nanoparticles are suggested as promising anti-microbial agents against multidrug-resistant bacteria and some viruses. Among the nanoparticles mentioned, we review the recent finding which demonstrate the impact of silver nanoparticles on antimicrobial ...
متن کاملCotinine: a potential new therapeutic agent against Alzheimer's disease.
Tobacco smoking has been correlated with a lower incidence of Alzheimer's disease (AD). This negative correlation has been attributed to nicotine's properties. However, the undesired side-effects of nicotine and the absence of clear evidence of positive effects of this drug on the cognitive abilities of AD patients have decreased the enthusiasm for its therapeutic use. In this review, we discus...
متن کاملCabazitaxel-loaded human serum albumin nanoparticles as a therapeutic agent against prostate cancer
Cabazitaxel-loaded human serum albumin nanoparticles (Cbz-NPs) were synthesized to overcome vehicle-related toxicity of current clinical formulation of the drug based on Tween-80 (Cbz-Tween). A salting-out method was used for NP synthesis that avoids the use of chlorinated organic solvent and is simpler compared to the methods based on emulsion-solvent evaporation. Cbz-NPs had a narrow particle...
